PBUS® is excited to announce our 2026 Winter Conference on in Las Vegas at the Sahara Hotel & Casino.

Reservations must be canceled within 72 hours of arrival to avoid any reservation charges. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. The resort fee includes property-wide high-speed wireless internet access (public spaces, meeting space and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing and cardio room access for guests 18+. Reserve your hotel room by January 30th, 2026.

Conference Fees Include:

Full registration: all AM & PM breaks, Sunday new member/welcome reception,  Council of Presidents’ (COP) meeting, exhibit hall, Monday opening sessions, Monday luncheon hosted by FWO, Tuesday breakout/training sessions, Tuesday Candidate forum luncheon, exhibit hall and Wednesday breakout/training sessions continental breakfast and Presidents’ closing luncheon and elections. All 3 luncheon tickets included in Full Registration.

Guest registration: includes all breaks, Sunday new member/welcome reception, exhibit hall, Tuesday luncheon, Wednesday continental breakfast and Wednesday Closing President's luncheon. Does not include opening sessions or breakout/training session(s).  A GUEST CANNOT BE A LICENSED BAIL AGENT.

One-day pass registration:
Passes can be purchased for either Monday, February 23 OR Tuesday, February 24.
Monday pass includes the opening session and the exhibit hall. Tuesday pass includes breakout/training sessions, and the exhibit hall. Passes do not include any meal functions and can be purchased for one day only.

Conference Cancellation Policy

ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING AND MAY NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE CONFERENCE CONCLUDES.
A full registration refund will be remitted if request is received by January 31, 2026 by close of business (5:00 p.m. EST); after February 1, 2026, a ten percent fee will be deducted from the registration fee for administrative costs.  The written request may be FAXED to 202-783-4125 or mailed with a postmark date of February 1, 2026.  NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER FEBRUARY 13, 2026 AT 5:00 P.M. EST.
