PBUS® is excited to announce our 2027 Winter Conference in Las Vegas at the Sahara Hotel & Casino.

PBUS ® $10,000 DRAWDOWN RULES

  1. 298 Tickets Sold at $100, each number will have 1 draw in the Grand Prize Drum. The Ticket numbers 1 and 300 will be held until 8 total tickets remain in the Grand Prize Drum and at that point Ticket number 1 will be raffled off and Ticket number 300 will be auctioned off to the highest bidder leaving 10 total tickets in the Grand Prize Drum.
  2. All numbers sold will be drawn. Any numbers not sold will be “VOIDED”.
  3. The last number drawn will win $10,000.
  4. At this time the remaining 10 number representatives will be seated together at the front of the stage.
  5. These 10 number holders will now have the option of auctioning off their number (at this time the only way a number can be transferred is by auction, a transfer by any other manner will void the number).
  6. The holder of each number has the right to refuse any bid, and there shall be no maximum bid limit.
  7. The proceeds of each accepted bid are to be paid as follows: 90% to the seller and 10% to PBUS.
  8. A number purchased at the auction must be paid for before the next number is pulled. (Buyer's need to be prepared to pay for the numbers purchased at the auction, both to the seller and PBUS).
  9. Once each number holder has had the option to auction their number then one number will be pulled from the drum and that number holder will be eliminated.
  10. Steps 5-9 will be repeated for the remainder of the numbers until there are only 5 numbers left in the grand prize drum.
  11. The final 4 number holders will be asked if they all agree to split the$10,000. If they do not agree to split, 1 number will be pulled this will repeat until there is a unanimous decision to split or until one number remains in the grand prize drum and wins $10,000.00

* IF PBUS FAILS TO SELL A MINIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS, PRIZE MAYBE SCALED BACK.
* THESE ARE THE OFFICIAL RULES. THE BOARD WILL SETTLE ALL DISPUTES CONCERNING THE DRAWING OR THE TICKET AUCTION.
